July 26, 2006 - Call time 1456hrs -- Original Report was fire on 2nd floor, possible subjects trapped.

West Albany Fire District (WAFD) Chief Sullivan Car 66 enroute to the call, immediately called for a 2nd alarm and special called additional truck companies, followed by the Signal 30 shortly afterward.
