On March 13, 2004 at 22:11 Lenola Fire Company was at dispatched for a dwelling fire at 201 Foxwood Drive in Moorestown, New Jersey with victims trapped.
A police search of the dwelling prior to fire company arrival confirmed there were no victims. Police also reported interior of dwelling showed no fire - no smoke.
Chief arrived on location 3 minutes after dispatch finding roof fully involved with no fire on the second floor. Firefighters were ordered to exterior attack only. Roof collaped into second floor at 8 minutes after initial dispatch.
The dwelling approximately 20 years old. The roof was constructed of wood truss with cedar wood shake shingles. A firewall was in place between units sharing a common roof line.
The origin of fire is rear of strucuture at roof line and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
