Structure Fire in Manchester, New Hampshire

At approximately 7:15 pm, Manchester Fire Department was notified of a structure fire at 15-17 Bradley Street.

Car One arrived onscene reporting heavy fire on floor three of an occupied three-story wood frame apartment complex. Car 1 requested an immediate second alarm for box 482. Ten minutes into the fire all units were ordered off the roof.

At 7:30 pm, the fire had breached the firewall and jumped into the common attic of the 40'x200' building and a third alarm was transmitted.

At 7:55 pm, the major fire was knocked down by three master streams and numerous hand lines.

WMUR Channel 9 reported 21 left homeless in this, the third major fire in the Queen City in a week.
