On January 30, 2004, a multiple alarm fire broke out in a residential structure in the City of Peekskill. The occupance was a two-story constructed wood-frame single-family home.

On January 30, 2004, at 7:37 PM, a multiple alarm fire broke out in a residential structure in the City of Peekskill. The occupance was a two-story constructed wood-frame single-family home.

First unit on scene reported fire blowing out of windows on second floor.

Owner reported that there were approximately ten cats and two birds in house. Members were able to retrive both birds, one estimated worth at $30,000. Several cats were hearded out of house. No cats were located in house after fire was brought under control at 9:30 PM.

All Peekskill units were cleared at 10:50 PM.
