Engine 11 was first on scene, and found heavy fire showing from the first floor windows in the front and rear of a two-story house. One 2 1/2 hand line was put in service in the rear of the house where most of the fire was showing from, with 2- 1 3/4 hand lines at the front, and one additional 1 3/4 hand line in the rear.
The fire quickly consumed the second floor and the roof of the house.
The fire was marked under control about one hour after units arrived on scene.
No injuries were reported.
Fire investigators ruled the fire accidental, saying an electrical problem was the cause.
