Paulsboro, NJ Firefighters Extricate 3 in Drill

The scenario was a 3 car MVA with entrapment. A total of 3 victims were entrapped.

On Monday October 13th in Paulsboro, NJ, Paulsboro Ambulance Squad and the Paulsboro Fire Department did a Drill outside the Paulsboro Fire House.

The scenario was a 3 car MVA with entrapment. A total of 3 victims were entrapped.

IC was Deputy Chief Jim Lutz and EMS Command was EMS Chief Keith Hogle. The Fire Department quickly went to work by securing all 3 vehicles, and then allowed EMS to assess all victims.

All victims were then extricated from the vehicle and mock transported to the level 1 trauma center by ground and via helicopter.

It was a great learning experience for all involved.
