Round Lake, Illinois Fire District Fights Well Involved House Fire

Round Lake Firefighters responded to 24661 Noreluis Avenue on the west side of there district for a report of a house fire.

First units on scene had a single family home with heavy smoke showing on arrival, and heavy fire out the rear of the house.

Command asked for Newports tanker to report to the scene from the drill site, due to no water in that area town.

Command also asked for Fox Lakes truck, and a tanker from Lake Villa, also from the drill site.

The fire was brought under control in about a 30 minutes, and a lot of overhaul also was needed.
