On October 1, 2005 at 9:56 AM the Woodcliff Lake New Jersey Fire Department was dispatched to a possible structure fire.
Chief 710 confirmed with heavy fire showing on "C/D" corner of a single story house and requested a complete first alarm assignment.
Engine 71 stretched a 2" line to the back bedroom as Ladder 75 opened up the roof while crews from Rescue 76 and Engine PR1 searched and secured utilities.
The fire was quickly controlled and contained in 15 minutes; units were released within an hour.

- Woodcliff Lake Eng; 71, Lad 75, Res 76, Car 710, Car 711
- Park Ridge; Eng PR 1
- Montvale; 2 out Engine M2
- Westwood; RIT, Truck 14
- Emerson; Rescue for Air
- Tri-Boro EMS for (2) Buses
- PASCOM Field Communications Unit
The fire incident is currently under investigation by the Woodcliff Lake Fire Department and the Bergen County Arson Unit.
There were no firefighter or civilian injuries.
