On Sunday, September 7, 2003, at about 2 AM, units from Baltimore City responded to the 300 blockof S. Monroe Street for a reported dwelling fire.
First arriving engine 14 found a vacant 2 story with heavy fire showing.
Crews made quick work of the fire, having it knocked down in just a few minutes.
