We had to crib and stabilize the van before working to remove the trapped occupant.
We had to extricate her out of the van by removing the passenger side door and pulling her out of it.
All of our ambulances were busy, so we had to call on Dixie Ambulance to come help.
They transported the driver of the van to Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah.
