New Jersey Firefighters Extricate One Victim

Camden, New Jersey firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at Broadway and Federal Streets at 0815 hrs on Thursday, April 24th.

Camden, New Jersey firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at Broadway and Federal Streets at 0815 hrs on Thursday, April 24th. The accident involved a car that was sandwiched between a dump truck and a trash truck.

The driver of the car was trapped for approximately 20 minutes. She was treated and released from Cooper Trauma Center in Camden, NJ.

The units on the scene included Camden Fire Department Engine 1, Rescue 1, Battalion 1 (Harper), UMDNJ EMS units 1066, 1067, and EMS Chief Pitera10606, and Medic 3.
