The call came in to 911 at 3:10am 4/1/03. The Woodlands Fire Department responded at 3:11am and the first engine was on scene by 3:19am at 25 Coralvine Court.
After talking with the homeowners, neighbors, and making a primary search it was confirmed that all of the residents had safely escaped. The 12-year-old son of the homeowner woke up to the sound of the fire alarm in his room and alerted his family to the fire. They only had minutes to get out.
