Boise Fire Department (Boise, Idaho), Engine 5, Truck 1 & Battalion 1 responded to this Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) with a vehicle ending up on a power pole guide wire.

Call time was 6:40 am on May 16, 2005.

One patient was extricated from the accident.

The accident was caused when one of the persons suffered a seizure while driving.
