New Jersey Crews Respond to Van Rollover

  Firefighters from the City of Port Republic and EMTs from Atlantic & Ocean Counties in New Jersey responded to Old New York Road in Port Republic on Sept. 8. A van carrying mentally challenged adults overturned after striking a utility pole while trying to avoid a deer.Seven patients were extricated, including the driver. One patient was flown from the scene.
