A house occupied by nine people was struck by a vehicle the evening of Weds., July 14, 2010 injuring three residents.
Ocala firefighters were dispatched at 9:47 p.m. to a two-story house that sustained significant structural damage. The vehicle that struck the front of the building was found approximately five hundred feet further down the residential street.
Two occupants of the house were transported to a local hospital by ambulance, and the driver of the vehicle was checked by paramedics.
The house, located at 4124 Southwest 33 Street, sustained an estimated $10,000 in damage. The Ocala Police Department is investigating the incident.
