Boone County district 2 fire in Belvidere, IL responded to a house fire early Christmas morning.
First units on the scene confirmed a working fire with smoke showing.
Kirkland was paged out for tankers and EMA was called for the air wagon.
This house is a 2 story family dwelling in rural Belvidere.
The call was paged out at 9:44. Volunteers from all over the county left there family Christmas to help out this family in need.
The fire was contained to the room of origin and the room directly above the point of origin.
The scene was clear after about an hour and a half.
No one was hurt in this fire.
The fire is under investigation.
