At 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 24, Salina, Kan. crews responded to a vehicle crash. They found a single vehicle approximately 500' ft. off of I-135, wrapped around a utility pole. Police officers advised one patient heavily entrapped. Crews determined the victim was deceased. A suicide note was found in the car.
