During Firehouse Expo, Baltimore, Maryland Firefighters Perform Balloon Rescue

In the late afternoon of July 17, 2004 Baltimore, Maryland Fire and Police Departments responded to an unusual call at the "Port Discovery" Museum, just outside the Inner Harbor section of the city.
