On Saturday, June 19, Eagle (Idaho) Fire Department Station 2 was dispatched at 21:07 hours to an auto accident on State Highway 44. Engine 402, under command of Captain Brian Fendley, arrived on-scene and quickly determined that there was 1 patient entrapped in the middle vehicle of a 3-vehicle chain-reaction crash.

Ada County Paramedics arrived on-scene and took over patient care as Engine 402
