WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP (MERCER)--At 1:18PM on Friday May 28, 2004, the Washington Township Fire Department was dispatched to 105 Windsor Road for a report of a house fire. First due Engine 402 was just taking up from an EMS call. Deputy Chief Don Toussaint arrived first and sized-up a two story single family dwelling with heavy smoke and fire showing from a second floor bedroom.
