Detroit Firefighters Make Attack

First in companies found what appeared to be a vacant dwelling.

At approximately 2:15 a.m. on Oct. 7, Detroit firefighters were dispatched to the 9600 block of Cascade near Kay. First in companies found fire in what appeared to be a two-story vacant dwelling.

Because of an aggressive interior attack, the fire was quickly knocked down.
