Alvarado, Texas Firefighters Battle RV Fire
On May 2, 2004, at 13:08, the Alvarado, Texas Fire Department was dispatched to the report of an explosion and RV fire on CR 810 N. W. of their City.
The black smoke could be seen from the Alvarado City five miles away. Upon arrival they found a fully involved RV close to another travel trailer.
No injuries were reported and the fire was quickly contained without damage to the travel trailer.
