Nevada Crews Battle Three Alarm Fire

Las Vegas fire and Rescue responded shortly before 11 am on Friday April 9th to a fire in the building at 700 N Las Vegas Blvd.

Las Vegas fire and Rescue responded shortly before 11 am on Friday April 9th to a fire in the building at 700 N Las Vegas Blvd.

The building, a 3 story old motel, was home to numerous people. The crews went to work attacking a fire on the third floor. They were forced to retreat and call for an evacuation and go defensive.

The second and third alarms were then transmitted. Assistance was from North Las Vegas Fire and Clark County Fire was used at the scene.

The fire was accidental in nature.
