Florida Crews Respsond to Fatal Crash

Pinellas Park Fire Department responded to a vehicle crash at 11:29am on April 13, 2004 in the east bound lanes of Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park, Florida.

A Chevrolet Avalanche pickup was traveling west on Park Boulevard near the intersection of 83rd Street. According to Florida Highway Patrol, the driver attempted a U-turn, and collided head-on with a dump truck traveling east. The driver of the pickup, an 82-year old male, died at the scene. The driver of the dump truck sustained minor injuries.
