Mass. FF Yields to Alligator Crossing
BOSTON -- An alligator was found crossing a Brockton street by a local firefighter on Monday morning. The alligator was brought to a Brockton fire station where animal control officials were contacted, according to the Brockton Enterprise. Animal control supervisor Tom DeChellis said the alligator was wearing a collar and appeared to be someone's pet, though authorities suspect the animal was not licensed with the state, which the state requires of all exotic pets.
