Work came to a stop at the Music City Center construction site in downtown Nashville Saturday morning when a man operating a crane had a stroke, authorities said.
Officials said firefighters and construction crews worked together by using a crane to lower the man to the ground after he suffered a mild stroke while operating the equipment.
A fireman was lifted up to the man and then strapped him to a stretcher and harness. A construction worker then used another crane to lower the two to the ground.
