MOLALLA, Ore. --

Two Life Flight helicopters were called to the scene of a car that fell off a cliff Thursday night.

Molalla fire officials said the car was traveling on Forest Road toward Molalla when it went off a corner and crashed about 50 feet down the side of a steep cliff.

Trees on the cliff prevented the car from dropping another 150-200 feet. When fire crews arrived, they found one woman outside the car and another woman pinned inside.

Firefighters from a high angle rescue team were able to get the woman out.

Both women were rushed to hospitals.
