Driver Rear-Ends County Deputy's Cruiser in Ohio

WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A Hamilton County deputy had to be cut from his cruiser after a crash along a highway. Investigators said the crash happened at about 1:10 p.m. Saturday along westbound Interstate 275 near Lawrenceburg Road. Officers said a driver rear-ended the cruiser. Firefighters were dispatched to cut the deputy out of the cruiser. Two people were transported to University Hospital. The condition of the patients was not released.

Investigators said the crash happened at about 1:10 p.m. Saturday along westbound Interstate 275 near Lawrenceburg Road.

Officers said a driver rear-ended the cruiser.

Firefighters were dispatched to cut the deputy out of the cruiser.

Two people were transported to University Hospital.

The condition of the patients was not released.
