Hazmat Scare at Pres. Clinton's Harlem Office

A suspicious package was sent to President Clinton's offices Tuesday afternoon, and hazmat teams rushed to the scene. Investigators are testing a vial filled with some sort of powder, sent to the former president's office in Harlem.
