A ten year old boy becomes trapped between two buildings. After firefighters rescue the injured child, school police find out there was much more going on there.

The boy was transported to UMC for a broken arm and a leg injury, but officers tell us he'll soon be at the Juvenile Detention Center with his three buddies, booked for burglary and vandalism.

A school district worker, trying to secure an area between two buildings after firefighters cut a big hole to save this ten year old boy said, "My stomach started hurting. My stomach started getting upset because he was screaming and crying for help."

The boy climbed up some pipes onto an electrical box, walked all the way across the roof and fell between the two buildings. Neighbors tell us they warned the boys to come down before this all happened.

After talking with the kids, the school police tell us the 4 boys were actually tearing up a classroom inside Kit Carson elementary.

Neighbors say the school needs to do something to block that piping so other kids can't climb up.

The officers say the boys took a few blank cd's and trashed the classroom. So far there's no total on the damage, but they say these crimes tend to happen on three day weekends, because kids get bored and have nothing else to do.
