INCIDENT DESCRIPTION
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INVESTIGATION:
On Wednesday, January 29, 2003 at 1145 Hours (11:45 AM PST), four Companies of Los Angeles Firefighters, including an LAFD Hazardous Materials Task Force, one LAFD Rescue Ambulance, one EMS District Captain and one Hazardous Materials Team from the Los Angeles County Fire Department, all under the direction of LAFD 6th Battalion Commander Douglas Barry responded to a Hazardous Materials Investigation at 701 East New Dock Street on Terminal Island.
