April 27--Windsor firefighters rescued a man who was run over by a FedEx truck Saturday morning and pinned beneath the truck for 15 minutes, officials said.
The incident took place at the intersection of Windsor River Road and Conde Lane just before 11 a.m. Firefighters used a Holmatro pneumatic lift to raise the truck just enough to pull the man out from under the truck, said Windsor Fire Capt. Ron Busch.
Busch said the victim, described as a middle age man, was transported to Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries. No other information was available about the man.
