One Dead, 10 Overcome in Hazmat at Mass. School

One person is dead and 10 others, including public safety personnel, were rushed to a hospital after a hazmat incident at a Plymouth school.

The person who died is an employee who was working in  Manomet Elementary School?, WBZ reported.

Nine of the people taken to the hospital were public safety employees and the other is a staff member at the school. Most were treated for minor symptoms of eye and throat irritation and were released, the station reported.

The incident remains under investigation.
