Two workers were rescued by Miami firefighters Wednesday after a scaffold malfunctioned and left the men dangling 30 feet above the ground.
The incident happened at about 8 a.m. as the workers were painting a side of a building, WFOR-TV reports. One worker was hanging from his safety rope when the scaffold gave way, while the other worker was able to cling to the scaffold.
Crews attached harnesses to the two men, and they were able to use a ladder to get the men to the ground safely.
