A man trapped in an elevated sand hopper was rescued by technical rescue teams from Baltimore County and other jurisdictions.
The victim was trapped up to his waist in a hopper about 75 feet in the air, WBFF reported.
The Go Team from R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center responded to the Atlantic Concrete plant in Cockeysville to assist and monitor the patient, who remained conscious during the rescue effort.
The victim was rescued after more than an hour and walked to be checked out by an EMS crew.
