Crews responded to a call shortly after 11 a.m. involving a window washer who was stuck at U.S. Bank building, the department stated in an online post. The worker was trapped on the 10th floor because of a mechanical malfunction.

It took firefighters about an hour to bring down the window washer. The worker was then taken to the hospital for a "general wellness check," according to the department.
