Sep. 17—A balcony collapse in Daly City Friday afternoon left four people injured, the North County Fire Authority said.
Multiple fire agencies responded to 466 Westmoor Avenue at 1:07 p.m. after the balcony of a two-story single-family home collapsed in the front of the home. Officials said two adults and two children were on the balcony when it collapsed. All four of the people were treated by paramedics and later taken to a trauma center.
Their conditions were not immediately known.
A Daly City building inspector arrived on scene to conduct an investigation into the structural collapse, the fire authority said.
Fire officials remained on scene for about an hour and there were no injuries to any of the firefighters assisting at the scene.
