Firehouse Seeks Volunteer FD Statistics for Run Survey

DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JULY 31! To obtain as large a sample as possible, Firehouse Magazine is asking any interested volunteer fire department to complete and return this survey form. Only department-level organizations will be included in this survey. Individual companies within a department will not be accepted. Please compile all responses as a department. Incorporated fire companies that are the sole fire protection for a jurisdiction will be accepted. Results of the survey will be posted on Firehouse.com in October.
