Hose Breaks at Ohio Fire, Bus Runs Over It

PRICE HILL -- A Price Hill intersection was closed while fire crews dealt with a house fire. The fire broke out near the intersection of Grand and Warsaw avenues just after 11 a.m. Firefighters reported heavy flames from the upper floors of the home. The fire also melted siding on the home next door. The intersection was closed as firefighters stretched hoses across the street to hydrants. One line was broken when a Metro bus drove over it.

A Price Hill intersection was closed while fire crews dealt with a house fire.

The fire broke out near the intersection of Grand and Warsaw avenues just after 11 a.m.

Firefighters reported heavy flames from the upper floors of the home. The fire also melted siding on the home next door.

The intersection was closed as firefighters stretched hoses across the street to hydrants. One line was broken when a Metro bus drove over it.

Capt. Michael Washington said the bus driver will be cited.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
