CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Six people needed medical treatment after a hazmat situation at a Charlotte home. Two paramedics, three firefighters and one civilian were sickened, according to Medic. They are all expected to be OK. Someone at a home on Cove Creek Drive, off Barrington Drive near The Plaza, called 911 after becoming ill. When emergency workers entered the home, they also became ill.

Two paramedics, three firefighters and one civilian were sickened, according to Medic. They are all expected to be OK.
Someone at a home on Cove Creek Drive, off Barrington Drive near The Plaza, called 911 after becoming ill. When emergency workers entered the home, they also became ill.
Officials said some type of fumigating agent caused the illnesses. The issue is limited to one house.
