Milwaukee Firefighter Hurt in Struggle at Station
Sept. 28--A member of the Milwaukee Fire Department sustained a minor injury during a struggle with an alleged intruder early Saturday morning at Engine 16's quarters at 10320 W. Fond Du Lac Ave., police said.
The incident occurred at around 2:15 a.m. when a fire department member heard noises in the fire house, came upon the suspect and a struggled ensued.
Other fire department members responded to the noise and held the suspect until police arrived.
