Ohio Firefighter Dies After Response

An Ohio firefighter collapsed and died after a recent emergency response.

Scioto Township Fire Lt. Bruce A. Stayner, 49, died Feb. 4.

The 30-year fire service veteran responded to a fire on Feb. 3. He was found unresponsive at his home, according to the USFA.

He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital where he was died. 

Funeral arrangements are pending.
