Two Baltimore Firefighters Hurt Battling Row House Fire

Two Baltimore firefighters were taken to the hospital with minor injuries Friday after an afternoon blaze in East Baltimore.

Sept. 10--Two Baltimore firefighters were taken to the hospital with minor injuries Friday after an afternoon blaze in East Baltimore.

The fire broke out at a vacant row home at East Baltimore and North Clinton streets, the fire department said. No one else was injured, but one family who lives next to the vacant house could be displaced.

Firefighters were called to the home about 4:30 p.m. It took about 25 minutes to bring the fire under control, officials said.
