A North Carolina firefighter took time out from quarantine to give his daughter a window kiss.
The Huntersville Fire Department posted a photo of the touching family moment on its Facebook page Friday. The department has had several firefighters quarantined after COVID-19 exposures, but so far, none of them have tested positive for the virus.

"THIS is what a first responder, hero, looks like …," the department stated in its post. "He stopped by his home to give his daughter a quick kiss through the window.
The department has 119 firefighters, a combination of volunteers and part-timers. In the post, the department credited its coronavirus PPE and medical protocols for keeping its firefighters safe during the pandemic.
"They’re busy...but they love our community and will always be here for you - regardless," the department stated.
