Fire-Dex is pleased to announce the promotion of Denise Bradley to Quality Compliance Coordinator, and in her place Joe Luic has been promoted to Buyer.
Denise will be responsible for all NFPA compliance and 3rd party testing labs, ISO document control, act as Lead Internal Auditor, and begin to develop and lead change related to continuous improvement activities.
Denise has been with Fire-Dex for nine years and has been instrumental in leading purchasing and inventory activities over her tenure. Denise has experience with NFPA Compliance and Regulations, has been trained by QAI and in ISO 9001 Lead Auditing and will act as back-up to the Management Representative.
As the new Buyer for Fire-Dex, Joe Luic will now be responsible for procurement of all materials, vendor management, and logistics. Joe has been with Fire-Dex for seven years as a Supervisor and Production Planner. Most recently, Joe has been instrumental in assisting with IT initiatives and developing procedures and protocol for planning modules within our operating system.
Joe brings a high degree of product knowledge and systems know-how to the Buyer role and holds a BA and MBA from Cleveland State University.
These promotions are indicative of Fire-Dex's commitment to continuous improvement and developing leaders from within its organization.
