3M Scott developed new guidance that they have shared in a Technical Bulletin to help firefighters and EMS crews understand reusable respirator regulator and facepiece disinfection procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This bulletin exceeds the directions published in their Operating Maintenance Instructions and are for the following 3M Scott full facepierce respirators:
- 3M Scott AV-2000 Facepiece
- 3M Scott AV-3000 Facepiece
- 3M Scott AV-3000 with SureSeal Facepiece
- 3M Scott AV-3000 HT Facepiece
- 3M Scott Weld-O-Vista Facepiece
