Two Toledo, OH, Firefighters Hurt by Falling Debris

Firefighters were on the scene for more than six hours hitting the flames at the Toledo building.

Two firefighters were injured by debris while battling a commercial building fire.

Spotting fire coming from the roof of the building, some firefighters went inside while others launched an attack from a ladder truck.

The interior operation was halted after a partial roof collapse occurred, and firefighters were hit by debris, according to WTOL.

The two were transported to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause remains under investigation.
