It was a close call for the crew of a helicopter as the tail section dipped into the water while they were attempting to fill a Bambi Bucket with water during a wildfire in France.
Video captured the shocking moments when the helicopter spun out of control and crashed into the pond near Rosporden, according to NBC San Diego.
The helicopter hovered over the lake and dropped the bucket into the water and then the tail of became submerged in the pond. The helicopter began spinning violently, rolled and crashed into the lake.
According to the BBC, the pilot and crew member were rescued and taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
