    The costs of enhancements to the apparatus bay of the Livermore-Pleasanton, CA, Fire Department Fire Station 3 and other needs (e.g., seismic upgrades and Americans with Disabilities Act modifications) were so substantial that the construction of a new facility was deemed most beneficial to support the department, its members and the community.
