A tornado ripped open an ambulance squad building in New York on Thursday afternoon.
The Duanesburg Volunteer Ambulance Corps building was split open like a can, The Daily Gazette reported.
There were no reported injuries at the station. See photo
Firefighters were struggling to respond to the numerous calls for help after the storm hit as trees and wires blocked roads.. Several houses were damaged or destroyed, and trucks were blown over by the intense wind.
